Lindsay Cowan   Chief Knowledge Officer

Lindsay Cowan joins the custom research team with over 20 years of experience in Consumer and Shopper Insight. In her earlier career Lindsay was a Group Account Director for Tesco at their insight company, dunhumby, and went on to be a Global Head of Shopper at TNS RI (Kantar), and most recently was Head of Shopper & Retail for Ipsos MORI. Her wealth of insight experience spans both FMCG Manufacturers, Retailers, Health Providers, and Financial Services - working with clients such as Unilever, Alliance Boots, Sainsburys, Danone, GSK, Diageo, L’Oreal and BUPA.

Sebastian Hill Sebastian Hill Customer Development Director

Seb joined Planet Retail in 2006 having spent his early career with the consumer research firm Datamonitor. Over the past six years, Seb has managed Planet Retail’s leading Global FMCG business, with clients including Unilever, PepsiCo, Kraft and Mars. Seb’s role is to lead Planet Retail’s Custom Research Division and he has spent his career meeting with and working on behalf of some of the largest suppliers and retailers globally to understand the challenges which they face and to provide tailored solutions. Seb speaks regularly at major industry events and on behalf of clients in various International markets.

Desiree Fung Desiree Fung Research Director

Desiree Fung manages bespoke research projects for market leading multinational corporations across various industries. Prior to joining Planet Retail, Desiree undertook managerial roles in Corporate Strategy and Development, Finance and Project Management in leading FMCG multinationals including Kraft and Coca-Cola FEMSA, working across various different countries across Latin America and the US. She holds an MBA from INSEAD, France. Desiree regularly presents at customer events, workshops and leading industry shows.
